- Customer must complete the full program before attempting to receive a refund.
- Customer must contact Paleo Diet Plan within 90 calendar days from purchase date in order to file a claim.
- If returning a physical item, customer must obtain an RMA and return the product, subject to a disposal/restocking fee. The refund will not be issued until we have received the return.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs for products that were provided by Paleo Diet Plan.
- If any packages are open or missing, it will be subject to a 25% disposal/restocking fee.
- Customer must have contacted us prior to return for an RMA number.
- After 90 days all sales are final.
- Downloadable products are not eligible for return/ refund.
